In the event of your alarm system being activated, the alarm monitoring company would contact our Chelmsford and Basildon based 24-hour control centres. We would then deploy one of our trained and licenced security patrol operatives to investigate and deal with the activation.
We take full responsibility for all out of hours intruder alarm incidents including the initial response, set and unset of alarm systems, building checks, boarding up, and liaising with local police or utility companies and designated emergency contacts where necessary.
All activations are documented in real time and reports are sent directly to our customers by email.
