As your designated keyholder service provider, with 24 hours’ notice we can grant third party access to your property when you can’t be there. During downtime such as evenings and weekends, our mobile response team can attend your property to allow access to engineers, valuation teams, utility companies and more. This keyholder service can be tailored to individual requirements and is available 24/7, 365 days per year.

Our Chelmsford and Basildon based business is BS 7894-1 Keyholding and Alarm Response Services compliant. Our accredited team are SIA licenced and strictly screened in accordance with BS 7858. We operate from our secure facility in Essex, delivering alarm response services throughout the South East. Our alarm response service is available to commercial and residential customers.
