The Managment team made the decision to appoint a professional and local third party contractor to manage keyholding and alarm response activities across multiple Essex based sites. Prior to working with our business, out-of-hours response to alarm activations was completed by staff members.
We now manage all out-of-hours alarm attendance and communication with alarm receiver centres across the portfolio of Essex based sites. We take full responsibility for all out-of-hours intruder alarm incidents including the initial response, set and unset of alarm systems, building checks, boarding up, and liaising with local police or utility companies and designated emergency contacts where necessary.
Replacing the existing keyholder arrangement has relieved our hardworking site and management staff from being ‘called out’ during unsociable hours.
