We do not keep your personal data for any longer than is required to maintain and administer your account with us for the reason(s) for which it was first set up. Data will therefore be retained on our databases until you no longer use our services and have paid fully for the services provided as invoiced.

4. Storing Data

Your personal data is only kept for as long as necessary or as long as we have your permission to keep it and to use it as described above in Section 3b.

Your personal data will be stored in the UK, on databases kept on our dedicated servers saved for company emails which are routed via MS Office 365.

Data security is extremely important, and we have taken measures to safeguard and protect the data collected through our website.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

5. Sharing Data

In certain circumstances, such as we are involved in legal proceedings, where we are complying with legal obligations, a court order, or a governmental authority we may be legally required to share certain data held by us, which may include your personal data.

We may compile statistics about the use of our site including data on traffic, usage patterns, user numbers, sales, and other information. All such data will be anonymised and will not include any personally identifying data, or any anonymised data that can be combined with other data and used to identify you.

We may when required share data with third parties such as, subcontractors, additional service providers, your insurance company (with your written request only) and the emergency services so that they can respond to a signalled emergency. Data will only be used and shared within the bounds of the law.

We do not cold call. We do not use 3rd parties to cold call on our behalf.  We reply to enquiries for our services from visitors to our website. 

We do not sell or supply personal data to other businesses for them to tout for their business.

6. Change of Business

We may expand or reduce our business which could involve the sale and/or the transfer of control of all or part of our business. Any personal data that you have provided will, where it is relevant to any part of our business that is being transferred, be transferred. The new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this Privacy Policy, be permitted to use that data only for the same purposes for which it was originally collected by us.

If any of your data is to be transferred in such a manner, you will not be contacted in advance and informed of the changes.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any of your personal data held by us (where such data is held).
